Clonezilla is a software that can be used to make image of system that can later be used to install this image on new system, to make it a clone of former system.<\/p>\n

Here are the steps to create image of a system by clonezilla<\/p>\n

  1. Create \ta Bootable USB drive Using Clonezilla<\/a>. Follow the link to know \tmore<\/li>\n
  2. Boot \tthe system you want you clone using Bootable USB (i.e Perfect System)<\/li>\n
  3. On \tBooting by USB you’ll see Clonezilla home screen, select Clonezilla \tlive.<\/li>\n
  4. Next \tit will ask you for language (Choose the one you prefer)<\/li>\n
  5. Then \tit will ask you for policy to handle keymaps, Select \u201cDont Touch \tmy keymap\u201d<\/li>\n
  6. Next \tit will ask you whether you want to \u201cstart clonezilla\u201d or \t\u201claunch shell\u201d, select \u201cstart clonezilla\u201d<\/li>\n
  7. Next \tit will ask you for mode, select device-image<\/li>\n
  8. Next \tit will ask you where you want to mount image, select skip (as we \twant image on USB drive)<\/li>\n
  9. Next \tit will ask you for which harddisk you want to make image, Select \tharddisk and press enter<\/li>\n
  10. Next \tit will prompt you for beginner or advanced mode, select beginner<\/li>\n
  11. Then \tit will ask which operation you want to perform, select savedisk, \tthis will save local disk as image on USB drive<\/li>\n
  12. Then \tit will prompt you fir name by which you want to save it.<\/li>\n
  13. Then \tAll you need to do is press enter few times ( only when prompted )<\/li>\n
  14. Next \tit will show you screens actually working, and when it completes. \tYou are ready with image of your system<\/li>\n
  15. Go \tand create clone of your system, using the image in USB drive.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
